Billing and Refund Policy

1. Billing Cycles & Automatic Renewals
Paid subscription plans (Lite at ₹299/mo or Pro at ₹499/mo) operate as recurring subscription services starting on the date of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: You agree that we may charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis without requiring your prior approval for each individual charge, until you cancel your subscription.
2. Trial Period & Abuse Prevention
New registered accounts receive a **2-Day Free Trial** (48 hours) to evaluate the journal dashboard, AI Coaching, and backtester analytics. When the trial expires, the account is automatically downgraded to the Free Plan limits unless a paid subscription is activated.
Trial Abuse Policy: Free trials are strictly limited to one (1) per individual or trading entity. Creating multiple accounts using temporary emails to repeatedly exploit the 2-Day Free Trial violates our Terms of Service and will result in the permanent ban of all associated profiles.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time directly through your Profile Settings dashboard. Following cancellation, you will retain full access to your plan benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation Deadline: To prevent automatic renewal billing, you must cancel your subscription **at least 24 hours prior** to your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation requests made after a billing renewal has processed will not result in a refund; your access will remain active until the end of the paid period, and it will not renew again.
Refund Eligibility: Since we offer a completely free trial period to evaluate the platform, all paid subscription fees are strictly **non-refundable**. Exception reviews are only granted in cases of verified technical billing duplicates or internal billing errors.
4. Fee Changes & Price Modifications
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees for any paid tiers (Lite or Pro) at our discretion. Any pricing changes will be communicated to you at least **14 days in advance** via email or dashboard notifications.
If you do not wish to accept the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee.
5. Payment Gateway & Failures
All subscription charges, recurring mandates, and invoice deliveries are managed securely through our integrated payment aggregator partner, **Razorpay**. MyFinanceSheet does not capture or store your debit/credit card numbers or UPI secrets on our local servers.
Failed Transactions: If your payment method is declined or fails, we reserve the right to suspend or downgrade your account access immediately. We are not responsible for any transaction charges, foreign exchange fees, or overdraft fees levied by your bank or card issuer.
